We are currently recruiting start-up podcasters, content creators, internet personalities, colleges students, journalist, or culturally aware creatives who are interested in developing public persona and growing within a production and media environment. The podcast will explore cannabis-legislation and culturally progressive themes, applicants should be comfortable participating in politically pro-cannabis discussions and related content. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: Must be 21+ years of age Comfortable and confident on camera Reliable transportation Open availability for scheduled production days Valid government-issued ID Open to cannabis-positive and culturally progressive dialogue Season 1 will require approximately 40-50 total hours of participation, inclusive of filming and related production activities. , with small activities in between onboarding and production such as lunches and short pre-production meetings (optional unpaid). Selected participants should understand that this role extends beyond on-camera recording. Hosts will be expected to participate in reasonable off-camera production activities, which may include scheduled photoshoots, sponsorship outreach initiatives, promotional appearances, and team meetings or hosted networking meals connected to the production. Full terms and conditions will be outlined in a formal independent contractor agreement prior to engagement. Our interview process consists of three stages: an initial video submission, followed by a phone interview, and concluding with an in-person interview and screen evaluation.
