Cashier / Hostess

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring smooth flow during busy hours Operate POS systems for payment transactions accurately and swiftly Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with clear, courteous communication Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas Bring finished packaged orders from kitchen to outside table Provide excellent guest services by addressing special requests and resolving concerns promptly Qualifications Good customer service skills with the ability to engage positively Good communication skills, including phone etiquette Demonstrated teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction
