Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued and comfortable Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with reservation inquiries Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and tidy Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to communicate guest needs and special requests promptly Assist in managing waitlists during busy hours, ensuring timely seating and guest satisfaction Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster positive interactions at all times Qualifications Previous host or hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, serving, and hotel experience is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest relations best practices to ensure exceptional service Join us as a Host and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
