Job Description

We are seeking a polished, confident, and service-driven Host/Hostess to join the fine dining team at The Club at Bella Collina. This role functions as the front-of-house ambassador, responsible for orchestrating the guest experience from arrival through seating and ensuring a seamless, gracious flow of service throughout the dining room. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate member needs while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and guests with warmth, poise, and professionalism Manage reservations, walk-ins, and dining room flow to ensure optimal pacing and member satisfaction Escort members and guests to tables while providing a polished and personalized arrival experience Monitor dining room activity and proactively adjust seating plans to support service excellence Communicate closely with servers, culinary staff, and management to ensure smooth operations Serve as a point of contact for member needs, special requests, and dining preferences Maintain an immaculate, organized host stand and entry area Uphold the club's service standards, policies, and elevated hospitality culture
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years of host, maître d', or fine dining restaurant experience required Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest engagement skills Professional appearance and confident, composed presence Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Member-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
