This role is centered around hosting fast-paced, interactive auction streams featuring sports memorabilia, including mystery box jersey breaks. As a Livestream Host, you will be the face and voice of our brand during live shows—driving engagement, building hype, and creating competitive bidding environments that maximize sales and viewer retention. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who thrive on camera and know how to turn live interaction into revenue. Responsibilities Host live auction streams on Whatnot, running structured break formats (e.g., 3-box, 5-box, 10-box breaks) Drive bidding activity through high-energy presentation, urgency tactics, and real-time audience engagement Interact directly with viewers via live chat, calling out usernames and building a strong sense of community Maintain stream momentum by managing pacing, transitions, and auction flow Clearly present and reveal products on stream, ensuring transparency and trust with buyers Create hype moments during key auctions to increase competition and maximize final sale prices Promote upcoming streams through social media and platform tools to increase attendance Skills Strong on-camera presence with the ability to entertain, engage, and sell simultaneously Excellent verbal communication skills with confident, high-energy delivery Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, live environment Strong understanding of audience engagement tactics and community building Familiarity with sports memorabilia (especially NFL) is highly preferred Self-motivated with a competitive, performance-driven mindset What We're Looking For Natural entertainers who can command attention and hold an audience Individuals who understand how to create urgency and drive competitive bidding Hosts who can build repeat buyers and turn streams into loyal communities People who are comfortable being live for extended periods and maintaining energy throughout
