We are looking for a reliable and energetic Host / Busser who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage the seating flow of the dining room Answer phones and assist with reservations and waitlist management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room Clear, reset, and prepare tables quickly and efficiently Assist servers by refilling water, running food when needed, and supporting service Keep service stations stocked and organized Help maintain cleanliness of floors, tables, chairs, and restrooms Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Assist with opening and closing side work Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and attentive to details Weekend and evening availability preferred Compensation Hourly pay plus tips Once training is completed, hosts/bussers participate in the tip pool and can make strong nightly tips depending on volume.
