As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using RESY or a similar reservation platform. Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and reduce wait times Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, assisting with reservations or questions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver seamless guest service Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is a plus Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations practices is beneficial Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential Join our team and be part of an energetic environment where your hospitality talents can shine!
