Contract / Part-Time / Per Stream Job Description We are seeking a confident, charismatic, and highly engaging Livestream Auction Host to present and sell collectible items during live auctions on the Whatnot platform. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, enjoys interacting with people, and knows how to maintain excitement and audience engagement throughout an entire livestream. Our inventory includes Pre-Columbian art, antiquities, and historical collectibles , so an appreciation for art, antiques, history, or luxury collectibles is strongly preferred. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys livestream selling, auctioneering, social media hosting, or customer interaction and wants to earn base pay plus strong performance bonuses tied to sales . Responsibilities Host live auctions on the Whatnot platform from our location in Sebring, Florida Present and describe collectible items in an engaging, entertaining, and professional manner Maintain strong audience interaction throughout the livestream with little to no dead air Encourage bidding participation and help create an exciting auction atmosphere Treat all customers and bidders with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times Handle all artifacts and collectibles carefully and respectfully while presenting them on camera During active bidding, remain focused on the item being sold while clearly displaying details and maintaining bidder engagement Follow auction structure, pricing guidelines, and livestream organization Assist with photographing and cross-listing inventory on platforms such as Whatnot, eBay, Trocadero, and other online marketplaces as needed

Compensation Base Pay:

$20 per hour Typical streams run approximately 2-3 hours. Performance Bonus Structure (Per Stream) Under $3,000 in sales: $100 total pay $3,000 in sales: $150 total pay $5,000 in sales: $250 total pay $7,500 in sales: $350 total pay $10,000 in sales: $500 total pay $15,000+ in sales: $800+ total pay High-performing hosts can earn significant bonuses as sales increase. Requirements Comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality Strong communication and audience engagement skills Ability to keep viewers entertained and engaged throughout the livestream Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable handling valuable collectibles and antiquities Maintain a professional appearance and good grooming, including clean and well-kept hands and nails, as the position involves handling artifacts on camera Ability to present streams in a polished, high-end, professional manner consistent with luxury collectibles and antiquities Preferred Qualifications Experience with livestream selling (Whatnot, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, etc.) Experience in sales, hosting, presenting, or auctioneering Interest in antiques, collectibles, art, or history Strong customer engagement or social media experience Schedule Streams are currently planned for Thursdays from approximately 5 PM-7 PM or 5 PM-8 PM EST , with opportunity for additional streams as audience growth and sales increase.
