  • Part-time Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on providing outstanding customer experiences and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Provide menus and explain daily specials or promotions to guests. Take and process orders accurately while ensuring timely service. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
