Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Wears uniform and name tag while on duty. Greets all guests promptly and courteously. Performs pre and post shift side work, stocks service station, makes coffee, etc. Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees at all times. Observes proper food handling techniques as required by hotel and health department. Promotes positive guest and employee relations. Works within policy to accommodate guest's special food requests. Legibly documents the guest's order information on guest checks. May assist bus person with cleaning tables and filling glasses. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Takes and delivers room service orders
