As the welcoming face of our establishment, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will ensure every guest feels valued and attended to, setting the tone for an exceptional dining or hospitality experience. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel comfortable from the start Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand area to ensure smooth flow of guest arrivals Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing information about wait times or reservations as needed Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to optimize seating and reduce wait times Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their overall experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Requirements Prior experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services environments is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster positive interactions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Join us and be part of a team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality!
