ATLANTA LOCATION!
Our ideal candidates are energetic and upbeat, self-motivated and disciplined. You will be responsible for welcoming and seating patrons, politely and knowledgeably handling phone calls, managing reservations via RESY, and providing guests with an outstanding service experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be timely and dependable. Manage walk-in guests and reservations via Resy software. Have professional and courteous phone manner. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times. Perform sidework duties as a self-starter. Actively anticipate guests' needs and address issues in a proactive, appropriate manner. Maintain a safe and secure work environment. Consistently meet all best practice standards set in employee handbook and during training. Qualifications

Experience Preferred 1 year experience in a restaurant and/or Taproom Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, you are frequently exposed to outside weather conditions seasonally during Spring, Summer, and Fall when our outdoor patio is open. Occasionally, you may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the restaurant is usually moderate and can occasionally be loud.
