Qualifications Prior Host / Hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong greeting and guest-relations abilities; friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations Familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards Ability to multitask, manage reservations, and handle high-volume periods Metro Diner is an Equal Opportunity Employer Metro Diner (MD) is a well established, full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities for team members in a full service casual / family dining restaurnat company.
