Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and payments Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts with precision and integrity Provide friendly assistance over the phone, answering inquiries with clear communication and courtesy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area Assist in guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Skills Previous experience as a host/hostess or cashier in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality expertise while delivering memorable guest experiences.
