We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Host / Hostess to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a structured, part-time position within a high-level hospitality environment particularly those with daytime careers who enjoy working evenings or weekends.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee a high-volume reservation system (150+ guests) with accuracy and efficiencyAnswer phones and handle reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests professionallyCoordinate seating to maintain an efficient flow of service and optimal guest experienceEnsure all guest-facing information in the reservation system is accurate and up to dateProvide a polished, welcoming first impression and attentive service throughout the guest experienceAssist with to-go orders, including taking orders, verifying accuracy, and processing paymentsCommunicate clearly with servers and management to support seamless operationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areaQualificationsPrior host/hostess or reservation management experience requiredExperience managing high-volume service (100 150+ covers) strongly preferredProfessional demeanor with strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a strong focus on guest experienceProficient in English (spoken and written)Job DetailsPart-time positionEvening, weekend, and holiday availability requiredBenefitsEmployee dining discountFlexible schedulingOpportunity to grow within an established and respected restaurant
