Hosts are responsible for managing the flow of the restaurant while delivering exceptional guest service from the moment guests walk through our doors. We offer competitive pay!

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently Maintain an organized seating chart to support smooth service flow Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management Escort guests to tables and provide menus Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with guest inquiries Monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest and team needs Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area Support the service team as needed to ensure an excellent guest experience Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return Stay guest and culture focused, nurturing an excellent guest experience

Skills:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using reservation systems and basic computer functions Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Why Work With Us?
