This role includes greeting and checking in guests, monitoring breakfast service flow, coordinating with venue staff, and maintaining accurate guest count records. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a hospitality environment. Japanese language skills are required to effectively assist guests.

Essential Duties:

Prepare and confirm breakfast venue setup prior to guest arrival. Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Perform guest check-in and reception duties using a computer-based system. Provide guidance and directions to guests regarding seating, venue procedures, and available services. Monitor breakfast service flow and communicate with venue staff regarding food replenishment needs. Confirm that food stations remain stocked and notify appropriate personnel when replenishment is needed. Track and manage daily guest attendance and utilization numbers. Maintain accurate records related to guest counts and breakfast usage. Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Escalate guest concerns or operational issues to management when necessary. Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming. Follow company service standards and hospitality expectations. Support special event coordination or additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or reception experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using a computer for check-in and tracking purposes. Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork. Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Fluency in Japanese is required; English communication skills preferred. Schedule /

Part-Time Schedule:

7:00 AM - 10:30 AM Minimum 3 days per week Temporary assignment through December 31, 2026

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to use a computer and perform repetitive hand movements. Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Pay:

$16.50 per hour
