You'll be their home away from home and you're here to make their stay a good one. You set the tone for sun, adventure, and that unmistakable Shoreline vibe from the moment they walk through our neon-lit lobby doors. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with genuine warmth and Aloha, creating a welcoming first impression that reflects Shoreline's playful, boutique personality. Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes with accuracy, attention to detail, and a smile. Make, modify & audit reservations. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to impress. Ensure logging and delivery of packages to guests. Keep the front desk spotless and ready at all times. Maintain accuracy with daily accounting procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism coursework a plus. 1-2 years of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Familiarity with property management systems (Opera or similar) preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills — warm, clear, and confident. Bilingual or multilingual ability (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or other languages) strongly encouraged given our international guest mix however not a requirement. Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
