Coordinates the activities and flow of the dining room, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and receives service that reflects Zetton, Inc. values - Passion, One Team, Hospitality, and Sustainability.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner. Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas. Receive and record reservations. Provide guests with menus and inform them of specialties and features. Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings. Interact with, remain attentive, and anticipate the needs of guests. Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor staff to monitor table status and minimize guest wait times. Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Address guest concerns with urgency and professional judgment, escalating complex situations to the General Manager or Manager on Duty. Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks. Perform other shift duties as needed.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent customer service, hospitality skills, and social perceptiveness. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization skills, and a process-oriented approach. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Ability to maintain composure, a positive attitude, and control emotions in high stress situations. Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events. Experience in a fast-paced environment, the hospitality industry, or customer service is preferred.Website:
