Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel appreciated and excited to be here Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Tock Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times, menu options, and special requests to enhance their experience Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate seating and accommodate special needs or large parties Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed Assist in guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously Qualifications Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as TOCK Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences!
