The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements. Manage reservations and maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours. Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance the guest experience. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and entrance. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle phone inquiries professionally, including reservations and general questions about the restaurant. Support other team members as needed to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles within the hotel, restaurant, or food service industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor to create a positive first impression. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Some Saturday/Sunday availability required.
