Responsibilities include a fundamental understanding of a rotation, an organized perception of a restaurant wait list, and foreseeing potential large party arrangements. An experienced Host or Hostess holds true to the Goodwood way and adds to the overall guest experience by speaking in a polite manner to their teammates and guests, creates a warm atmosphere at the host stand, and a personality that will reinforce a positive guest experience at first impression. Previous restaurant experience is preferred for this position. Weekend availability will be required.
