Guest Experience Host About the Role The Guest Experience Host is the face of The Blue Leopard. As the first point of contact for our guests, you set the tone for the entire evening. We're looking for someone with natural charisma, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to make every guest feel like they belong the moment they arrive. Above all, we want someone who takes pride in their work, shows up with a great attitude, and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional experience every single night. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests at the outside entrance with warmth and confidence. Manage any outdoor queue and monitor capacity in coordination with staff. Maintain constant communication with the upstairs host to ensure smooth guest flow between the door and the lounge. Coordinate VIP and bottle service arrivals with management and floor staff. Maintain the reservation and guest list with accuracy. Enforce venue policies including age verification and dress code. Represent the aesthetic and energy of The Blue Leopard at all times. Handle guest concerns at the door with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Prior experience in nightlife, late night hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Ability to stay composed and make quick decisions in a high-energy environment. Must be available for late night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Experience with reservation or guest list management is a plus.
