Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in managing guest flow and enhancing the overall dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to enhance guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for reservation management and order processing. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food service operations is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent guest services are essential.
