Due to our increasing sales, we are seeking experienced restaurant Hosts.

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Hosts to join our team. As a Host, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dining establishment by supporting the below: Greeting & Seating guests with a positive and professional demeanor Answering phones Processing Take Out orders Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables Running side work to include but not limited to: Folding napkins, polishing flatware, rolling flatware, stocking necessary items for guest use, light cleaning (polishing windows & surrounding workspaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dishwashing) providing N/A beverages or refills for guests, food running, etc. Schedule to accommodate industry trends to include availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays Be Happy, Have Fun, and Enjoy working with a Great Team! Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Help take food and beverage orders accurately when needed Help serve food and drinks promptly when needed Collaborate with servers to seat customers timely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Provide exceptional guest services to enhance the dining experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred Knowledge of the "TOAST" POS system or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Understanding of basic culinary terminology Ability to sanitize work areas regularly, clean and bus tables, and sweep and mop the dining room floor as needed Join our team as a Host and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!
