Host Huse Culinary Inc - 3.5 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Part-time $16 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Employee relationship building Full Job Description The role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. Stay current on menu options, specialties, and menu deviation. We are looking for individuals with the following qualities: Welcome, all guests with a genuine and delightful smile. Interact with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience Use the guest name whenever possible Identify special occasions and extend wishes Be a team player.
