Primary Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming first impression as Wild Eggs' ambassador, greeting guests with warmth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant Manage reservations and wait list Escort guests to their tables while considering server rotation and section assignments Track table status and coordinate with servers and bussers to ensure timely table turnover Answer phones professionally and address customer inquiries Maintain an organized host station Monitor dining room capacity and manage wait times effectively
