Position Overveiw:

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Hostess to be welcoming face of our restaurant. This role is ideal for a mature individual who thrives in a high-energy envioronment, communicates confidently, and can manage multiple responsibilities with grace and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Warmly greet guest upon arrival and create positive first impression. Manage waitlists and accurately estimate wait times during busy periods coordinate seating to ensure smooth flow and balanced server sections Answer phone, take reservations, and handle guests inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and lobby area Assist servers and management as needed to support overall operations

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Abliltiy to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced envioronment Excellent multitaksking and time managment skills Professional appreance and positive attiutude Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous customer service and hospitality expirience preferred

Pay:
