Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
