Overview Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Host, where your energy and hospitality skills will set the tone for a memorable guest experience each morning! In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our breakfast service, ensuring guests feel valued, comfortable, and excited for their day ahead. Your enthusiasm will help create a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages guest engagement and satisfaction. Whether managing guest arrivals or coordinating breakfast service, your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will be essential to success. Excellent part-time position for our retired applicants. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service from the moment they walk in Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize flow and comfort Assist with buffet setup, replenishing food items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the breakfast area Answer guest questions about menu options, amenities, and hotel services with clarity and enthusiasm Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments accurately Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of hospitality Uphold health and safety standards by monitoring cleanliness, food safety practices, and overall presentation of the breakfast area Requirements Prior experience as a host or host in a food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest interactions Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your hospitality talents shine!
