If you love working in a fast-paced, fun environment and enjoy providing great customer service, this role is for you. As the face of the restaurant, you'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for an enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they enter, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage the seating arrangement to ensure even distribution of tables to servers. Answer guest questions about the menu, daily specials, and the restaurant's services. Take reservations and manage waitlists during busy periods, keeping guests informed of their seating time. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the front of house, including restocking menus and cleaning the host stand. Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person if further assistance is needed. Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth communication and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle busy shifts efficiently. Must be able to stand for long periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team player with a willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant when needed. Basic knowledge of food service and restaurant operations is a plus.
