Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with clear communication and courteous phone etiquette Assist guests with special requests and provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver exceptional guest services and guest relations Requirements Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience in hospitality, guest services, serving, or hotel environments is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service procedures is desirable Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive on creating memorable guest experiences, and are eager to grow within a lively team dedicated to excellence!
