Hourly pay About the Opportunity A new rooftop bar experience is opening on top of the stylish Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown-South Boston in the heart of South Boston. We are seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Hosts and Hostesses to join our opening team and help create an exceptional first impression for every guest. This rooftop destination will feature elevated cocktails, vibrant nightlife, and a lively social atmosphere. As the first point of contact, our hosts play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently Maintain a smooth flow of guests throughout service Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management Provide accurate information about menus, seating times, and venue offerings Assist with guest inquiries and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance areas Help create a positive, upbeat, and hospitality focused environment Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Experience with reservation systems is a plus
