Host/ Front of House Lead

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Host/Front of House Lead to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times Coordinate seating arrangements and reservations using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Communicate clearly with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Oversee front of house operations, including managing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly Assist in training new staff on customer service standards, POS usage, and restaurant protocols Maintain a clean, organized front of house area that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling reservations, inquiries, or guest feedback Skills Proven experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS system (we use heartland) Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest relations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality roles Join us as a Host/Front of House Lead and be the face of our welcoming environment! Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
