Duties Greet guests warmly and take their take-out orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Accurately input orders into POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure seamless processing Coordinate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timely preparation Handle phone inquiries with clear communication and excellent phone etiquette Pack orders carefully, ensuring presentation and quality meet company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization at the take-out station to promote efficiency and safety Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and fostering positive guest relations Qualifications Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Experience working in a restaurant environment or hospitality setting is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Previous hotel or guest services experience can be advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy engaging with guests, and thrive in lively team environments!
