YOUR NEW ROLE AS A HOST
  • HOSTESS As a full
  • or part-time Host
  • Hostess, you will mainly work evening shifts from Tuesday to Saturday .
Sometimes you may work day shifts, depending on the club's needs. You should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will greet members and guests when they arrive, making sure they feel welcome. You will help with reservations and seating, and work closely with the whole team to keep everything running smoothly. You will show guests to their tables, give them menus, and use their names when you can. You will answer the phone, let guests know about wait times, and keep the host area clean and organized. Following club rules and making sure everyone has a good dining experience are important parts of the job.
REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high-level member service Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Discretion and professionalism Problem-solving ability Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs as needed, and move efficiently throughout the clubhouse and dining areas Hosting, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in private club, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments is also a plus!
