The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage reservations efficiently. This position will be responsible for all To-Go orders for online ordering and 3rd party orders. Duties Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus. Manage the seating chart and ensure that tables are filled efficiently. Answer phone calls in a professional manner, assisting with reservations and inquiries. Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods, ensuring guests are informed of wait times. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding guest needs and special requests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly. Familiarize yourself with the menu to answer guest questions accurately. Requirements Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to help team members as needed and collaborate effectively within the team.
