Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and creating a welcoming first impression for every guest. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a key role in managing guest flow, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience at an entertainment venue from arrival to departure. Hosts will make hourly wage plus TIPS. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage seating arrangements efficiently Escort/Guide guest to their tables and provide menus. Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed of any delays. Assist with guest inquiries Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table turnover and optimal seating flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area. Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Support the service team as needed during busy periods. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
