Part-time, Full-time Responsibilities:

Host & Hospitality:

Provide a warm welcome to every guest, managing the seating flow with professionalism.

Order Management:

Efficiently capture food and drink orders and manage technical entry through the POS system.

Menu Expertise:

Act as a culinary guide by explaining ingredients, answering guest queries, and offering tailored recommendations.

Service Delivery:

Coordinate the prompt delivery of meals and beverages while proactively monitoring guest needs.

Dining Room Maintenance:

Maintain a pristine environment by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables swiftly.

Financial Accuracy:

Securely process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a high-volume food service or kitchen setting. Technical fluency with POS software and manual cash handling. Working knowledge of culinary terminology and food safety. High-level interpersonal skills for seamless teamwork and guest engagement. The ability to boost revenue through intuitive upselling and menu promotion. Superior multitasking skills to thrive during peak service hours.
