Our Mission We strive to "win hearts" by providing remarkable service and hospitality. As a Dining Room Host, you are often the face of our restaurant and a key part of the dine-in experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality Maintain eye contact and communicate enthusiastically with guests Provide table touchpoints and proactively offer assistance Keep the dining room and restrooms clean, stocked, and guest-ready Anticipate guest needs and create emotional connections Uphold and model the restaurant's vision and values Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Support fellow team members and foster a positive team environment Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members Follow all Chick-fil-A rules, procedures, and dress code standards Perform other dining room-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Consistent, reliable, and punctual Cheerful, positive, and guest-focused attitude Passion for serving and helping others Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work a flexible schedule Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Education & Experience No education or prior experience required — we provide training Why Work at Chick-fil-A?
