Job Summary 12.5 + Tip We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Hostess Cashier to join our vibrant team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while efficiently managing seating arrangements and cashier responsibilities. Duties Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive, providing exceptional guest service from the outset Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with reservations or questions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Process guest payments accurately at the cashier station, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Assist in coordinating table turnover to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times Support team members by providing excellent guest relations and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or cashier in food service or restaurant settings Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Familiarity with POS systems such as Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred; hotel or hospitality background is a plus Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of guest services, serving procedures, and hospitality standards Join us as a Hostess Cashier and become an essential part of delivering outstanding hospitality!
