Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first impression Manage reservation bookings, waitlists, and guest seating arrangements with efficiency and professionalism Operate POS systems to process payments accurately and swiftly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a welcoming environment Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assist with inquiries, and provide information about services or menu items Collaborate with team members to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently, fostering guest relations and hospitality excellence Requirements Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Cashier in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience operating POS systems is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and restaurant operations is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in hotel or guest services environments is advantageous but not required This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
