Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Female Golf Caddie & Event Hostess to join our dynamic team. This vibrant role combines the excitement of providing expert golf caddie services with the hospitality and flair of hosting engaging events. As a key ambassador on our resort grounds, you will enhance guest experiences through exceptional customer service, lively event management, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Serve as a knowledgeable golf caddie, assisting players with club selection, course navigation, and maintaining pace of play to ensure an enjoyable round for all participants Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, providing outstanding customer service and guest support throughout their visit Host and coordinate various resort events, including tournaments, social gatherings, and themed activities, ensuring smooth execution and high guest engagement Handle guest inquiries professionally, offering information about the course, amenities, and upcoming events to enhance their experience Assist in food and beverage service during events or at designated hospitality areas, ensuring timely delivery and excellent guest satisfaction Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during events or retail transactions, maintaining proper records Utilize public speaking skills to introduce event segments, entertain guests, and promote upcoming activities or services Qualifications Previous experience in events management or hospitality roles is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns efficiently and diplomatically Excellent customer service and guest services abilities to create memorable experiences for diverse audiences Experience in food service or resort environments is a plus Lifeguard certification or experience is advantageous for safety responsibilities around water features or pools Working with children experience preferred for family-oriented events or activities Public speaking skills to confidently engage audiences and host event segments effectively Background in theater or entertainment enhances presentation skills and event hosting capabilities Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm Join us in creating unforgettable experiences through lively golf sessions and engaging events!
