Job Overview We are looking for an attentive and guest-focused Breakfast Host and Server to elevate our breakfast experience. This role blends buffet support with traditional server-style hospitality—greeting guests, refreshing beverages, maintaining buffet quality, and ensuring each guest starts their day feeling cared for. Reliability and professionalism are essential due to the early-morning nature of the shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Greet every guest upon arrival with a friendly, positive attitude.
Provide server-style service:
refill coffee, juices, sodas, and water directly at the table. Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Assist guests with seating and navigating the breakfast buffet. Must be reliable and punctual for early-morning shifts. Take payments Breakfast Buffet Quality Keep the buffet clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Monitor food freshness, temperature, and presentation. Restock items promptly and coordinate with the breakfast cook for replenishment. Cleanliness & Safety Clear and reset tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, beverage stations, and buffet area throughout the shift. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Technology & Operations Use Simphony POS accurately for any applicable transactions. Inform management of inventory shortages or supply needs.
Schedule Morning shifts only:
Monday-Friday:
6:00am
  • 11:30am
Saturday-Sunday:
6:00am
  • 12pm
Requirements:
Must be available to work at least 3 days per week Weekend strongly preferred Shifts are typically 5-6 hours long Must have reliable transportation Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or food service preferred. Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with guests. Able to stay active and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow hotel uniform standards. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early-morning shifts.
