Job Summary Wonder World Play Café is a vibrant, Montessori- and STEM-inspired indoor play space designed with equal love for both kids and their caregivers. We're not just a play place, we're a community hub where imagination, connection, and great coffee come together. Our mission is to create an uplifting space where children grow through open-ended play while caregivers feel seen, and refreshed.

About The Role:

We're looking for an upbeat, reliable, and friendly team member to join our all-star crew. As a Play Café Team Member, you'll wear many hats, from crafting barista-quality drinks to welcoming families at check-in and helping keep our space clean, safe, and joyful. You might help prep snacks, tidy a play zone, or even jump into a mini dance party with toddlers — every day looks a little different, and that's the magic!

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism Prepare and serve café drinks (barista training provided!) Light cleaning and tidying throughout the day to keep the café and play areas sparkling Step in to support kids' play when needed — especially if someone needs a buddy or encouragement Answer questions, offer support, and make every family feel at home Assist during birthday parties, special events, or workshops Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the space

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, patient, and naturally great with both kids and adults Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in hospitality, customer service, or childcare is a plus Willing to learn how to make delicious drinks and snacks Reliable, punctual, and a team player CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified (we'll help!) Bonus if you have experience in early childhood, special education, or play-based settings Why Join Us?
