What You'll Do (and make a lasting impression!): As our Host(ess), you are the director of first impressions and the orchestrator of our dining room flow.

Your responsibilities will include:

The Warm Welcome:

Greeting every guest with a genuine smile and enthusiastic welcome, making them feel instantly comfortable and valued. Seating with

Strategy:

Managing our seating chart and waitlist efficiently, ensuring guests are seated promptly at appropriate tables, balancing server sections, and managing guest expectations during busy periods.

A Helping Hand:

Answering phones, filling beverage glasses when requested, and providing accurate information about our menu, hours, and specials. Maintaining the

Vibe:

Keeping the host stand, waiting area, and entryway clean, organized, and inviting. Guiding the

Journey:

Escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, and often offering a pleasant start to their dining experience.

Guest Liaison:

Politely addressing guest inquiries, offering directions, and handling minor concerns with grace and a solution-oriented approach.

Team Support:

Assisting bussers with light table clearing or setting as needed, helping maintain overall dining room readiness.

Anticipating Needs:

Observing the dining room and proactively communicating with servers and management regarding table availability and guest flow. What You Bring to

Excellent organizational abilities:

You can manage a busy door and multiple tasks with ease. Professional and polished appearance. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during peak breakfast and brunch rushes.

Punctuality and reliability:

You're an early riser and always on time for your shifts.

Physical stamina:
