Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage waitlists efficiently
- Provide guests with menus
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, bar area and outside seating
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
