As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure efficient seating arrangements while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the seating chart and coordinate with servers to ensure timely service. Answer phone calls with professionalism, handling reservations and inquiries efficiently. Maintain an organized waiting area and communicate wait times to guests accurately. Assist in providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Collaborate with the restaurant team to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
