Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is committed to providing outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave. Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently. Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries. Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth table rotation and guest flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area. Communicate wait times accurately and professionally. Assist with guest needs and help resolve concerns in a positive manner. Support team members as needed to ensure excellent service. Qualifications Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and friendly during busy periods. Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
