As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities Guest Service:
Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Reservations Management:
Oversee reservations and manage table turn times efficiently.
Restaurant Maintenance:
Ensure general cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
Table Management:
Set and clear tables to maintain a pleasant dining environment.
Opening and Closing Duties:
Assist with restaurant opening and closing tasks as needed.
Order Management:
Take to-go orders over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer service. Requirements Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Schedule Part-time availability required, with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
